When I place my order, is the merchandise true-to-size?
The majority of the merchandise is true to size. In the event they are not, it will be noted in the item description. Every garment is made with durability and comfort.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Domestic Orders (within the United States)
Processing Time: 2-3 business days
Shipping Time: 2-7 business days
You will receive an email with a tracking number, once your order has been fulfilled.

Does UnderDawg x NBYC have a physical walk-in store?

No, not at this time.
Currently, all items are available to be shipped domestically and internationally from the United States.

May I return or exchange my purchase?

All sales are final, therefore we do not process refunds or exchanges. All items are made-to-order.
