When I place my order, is the merchandise true-to-size?
The majority of the merchandise is true to size. In the event they are not, it will be noted in the item description. Every garment is made with durability and comfort.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Domestic Orders (USA)
Processing Time: 2-3 business days
Shipping Time: 4-7 business days
You will receive an email with a tracking number, once your order has been fulfilled.

International Orders (Outside of USA)
Processing Time: 2-3 business days
Shipping Time: 14-21 business days

May I return my purchase?

All sales are final, therefore we do not process refunds. In the event you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate based off of inventory at the time of request.
In order to qualify for an exchange, all items being exchanged shall not be worn or washed.

To request an exchange, please contact underdawgnbyc@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery and a team member will be more than happy to assist you.

Does UnderDawg x NBYC have a physical walk-in store?

No, not at this time. However, some of our merchandise is located inside Kickz Scoop in Rocky Mount, NC.
Currently, all items are available to be shipped domestically and internationally from the USA.

May I request for my order to be autographed by Montrezl Harrell?
​
Yes. If you would like to have an item signed by Trezz, you must note it upon checkout in the "Customer's Notes". Please limit to two (2) items per order. No exceptions. There are no additional fees.

Depending on Trezz's schedule, there may be a delay in shipping your autographed items. We will contact you with an estimated time once you have placed your order and request.
